Wiil they need and Amp to run.. I have a Sony MD/CD deck 40x4 is this enough or do i need the amp?????

Please PM me i am very intrested.....

Mike

sory guys took time to reply i was in sydney.

Fro-Daddy:these dont have wattage ratings all i can say is there mean speakers i bought them coz a frind of mine had two of the 6.5 in his wrx and they sounded crazy its like he had a 12" sub. two of the midbass models are F6.5a at the back it says UNIPLATE extendedpole STILLWATER designs, for these 2 spekers i payed $320, i can ship them to brisbane but u would have to pay for shipping, and these 2 speakers arent the lightest things, so dunno how much it will cost to ship, 2x F6.5a's and 2x tweeters GRDX20X 6ohm, ill take $200 + shiping.

MIKE_R32_GTR:dunno howmuch to ship to sydney, no suchg thing as need an amp to run but if u want to ge the full potential of the speaker and want better and louder sound u will need a amp, coz with 40w deck its not going to pump hard.

ZERO:

as i said before i will seperate but i want them sold alltogether.

    • I've replaced the front brakes of my NA to 324 brembos and 350z calipers: i'm going for 225/40-18 up front and 245/35-18 in the back. I have Rays 7.5*19 ET35(225/35) in the front with 5mm spacers otherwise the calipers "lock up/ won't rotate". When i use the calculator i come up with 8*18 ET30 for 225/40...... but not sure i get problems with the calipers. Anyone riding around with 18 inch. that can confirm "that it'll fit"? In the back it's 7.5*9 ET30 (245/30) with the 5mm spacers, but there is no problem with the standard small brakes, so i want to take 8.5*18 ET25 (245/35).
    • Lol.. but then.. always come back to a JDM..
    • Glad to hear. If possible, get your tuner to check air's to make sure everything is still where it should be.
    • The problem with FB/Insta/Reddit etc comments relating to cars is simple. You get to ask a question once, and get one round of replies. For things that can actually be answered in a few lines of text, once, it's fine. After 6 hours, your original question is lost to the void. There are no follow ups, additional questions, anything. No project car is ever such a simple list of questions to ask. You need discussion.
    • Welcome.  Here's what I have noticed about forum vs FB..... FB; seems to be wallet racing, and the same few questions asked over and over. There *may* be some groups that are closer knit, but most have changed for the worse. SAU; unfortunately, no longer in its glory days. But....genuine people with similar interests. Not all about how much you spent and saying you dont have enough power. Sooooooo much knowledge available. Have personally seen people post up about literally topics I made myself, asking on FB like no one has done it before. Most has been done, and most of that is here.   If you ever feel like just general chatting theres the wasteland.  Other interests are also generally covered in other areas of the forum. Hope you enjoy hanging around. We would love to have you.   P.s. nice 32 😀
