Seat Rail Adjustability Back And Forward For Bride Rails

I have purchased a fixed back Bride seat and am looking at a set of rails to suit.

I've been told that Bride Type FO or FG would be suitable, but want to find out if anyone else is using these and whether they are adjustable back and forward (even if it's a non-quick release mechanism).
