Car Not Boosting Until 15 -20 Mins Of Driving ?

Need your advice peor my skyline don't boost when it's cold and it takes about 15 mins before it boost properly , the turbo spools up then just stops and the power drops , if I dip the clutch and floor the throttle the revs only goes up to about 4k ? What u reckon guys

I reckon for Internet diagnosis to be successful you would need to provide heaps more info.

take 2 panadol, rest and stay warm. If its not better in a few days go see a doctor...
