Hi guys lost my r34 coil pack cover and they want 150 from a wrecker just wondering if an r33 sires 2 coil pack cover will fit I'm not to good with mechanics so I don't trust myself to take things off and then put them back together.

Hey yeh I don't want it on there either but I got told by the 50 that I need it on there got a full warning and every thing I've lost it for about 5 years now so I'm sure it's not coming back lol

Yes it will fit. Have a mate with a 34 who got a 33 valley cover off me and put it on.

Also I recently put 34 Cam Covers on my 33 and got my 33 valley cover on there too.

Less heat is retained around the coil packs which is a good thing. It's easier to get to the coil packs and plugs

If you clean the engine bay keep water away from sitting in the valley - bad thing

Ah interesting. Yeah I meant coil cover! So you can leave the coil cover off as part of making the engine bay nicer (if that's your style) as long as you avoid getting the area wet when cleaning the bay. Good way to show off your coil packs. Nice...

You can leave your coil cover on and the coils will be fine, there is ventilation fins on the rear timing belt cover and the back of the coil cover is open- provides plenty of cooling air and keeps the coils dry/clean
