S15 Seats

I have seen a nice pair of leather seats out of an S15 - anyone know if S15 has the same base as R32 R33 (and therefore C34 Stagea)?

What was the outcome? I know first hand R34 GTT dont fit R32 without some serious modding, but have read all R32-4 (inc GTR) (minus R34 GTT) fit either straight in or modding one hole slightly.
