C34 Air Con

The 25G air con has virtually stopped working. After the front end repair the unit was regassed and worked fine for a few months, then started to slowly die. Air con man checked for leaks and said I need a new condenser and TX valve. I have tried to source thru Parts but no replies. Has any one done this type of repair? Where is the best way to get the parts. Have heard TX valve is very exxy.

Hi Hugh - we have a good Nissan dealer over here so that would be my first port of call but if the parts you want are too expensive there have been quite a few people wrecking Stageas on this forum so you should be able to get what you need. If you have no luck at all I can get the bits from a wrecker here.

Hugh, if you know exactly what parts you need, have a look on the Nissan Electronic Parts Catalogue using your VIN for the 25G. Then, order the parts from Amayama. I've heard good reports saying they have good pricing on factory parts, and ship pretty quickly.
