R32 Rb20 Gear Box

Hey guys I gave my r32 a pretty decent trashing

Last night now there's quite a lot of noise coming from the gearbox it seems , there gears still feel really tight the only real noise comes when I let of the excellorarter and 'in gear rolling ' only happens in 1st 2nd 3rd pretty new the rb motors

And a friend told me it could be syncros any know ??

If so should I just buy a new gear box

It's a gearbox input shaft bearing, had exact same problem. I just whacked another 20 box in, or could get it rebuilt.
