HI SAU,

I'm having a garage sale of parts I've collected and used on my R34 GTR. All of these parts were purchased through Import Monster and have been used and very well looked after with minimal street use. Installed and uninstalled by the team at Racepace. I'm located in Melbourne for pickup, postage is possible on everything apart from the Rims.

Rays CE28's limited edition Gold/Silver 18 x 9.5 +15

GTR fitment, very rare set of rims in this colour and fitment + CE28's have now been discontinued. I saw these advertised on upgarage.com for 300,000 Yen with very used tires. Import monster had them some time later and I snapped them up pretty quickly. In excellent condition. No gutter rash, I've done a few hundered K's on these in Aus, and look like they had minimal use in Japan. Tires and my car are not included :-) Rims only.

$ 4000

Ganador Titanium GD-770R Exhaust

This thing is awesome! Not much louder that stock when cruising around town, then it screams like a F430 when you put your foot down! In excellent condition, purchased second hand from japan, a few light scratches otherwise in excellent condition. Build quality is delicious. Regretful sale but I swapped it over for a slightly bigger exhaust as it was thought to be too restrictive with the power i'm running. Funnily enough I only gained 10kw up top and lost 5kw mid range with going to a HKS unit.

I remember i paid just around 2k for this, selling for $1300

R33/R34 NIsmo S-Tune suspension

In excellent condition, had low k's on them in japan and i've done no more than 10k on them in Aus. Great set of coilovers for the street! Comes complete with original box and adjustment tool. Non height adjustable, but set at perfect Nismo spec height (check my pics with the CE28's)

$1100

Tein CS Comfort spec suspension with EDFC.

Purchased from Upgarage, probably one of the best street spec suspension kits available at the time. Very hard to find now, as rare as hens teeth! Specifically setup for R34 GTR's but no problems fitting into a R33. Only had in my car for a short period of time, never tested or installed the EDFC but should be no problems. Really high quality shock!

$1500 with EDFC.

HKS EVC 6

Brand spanking new, came part of a HKS bundle I purchased. Never installed, only opened the box once. Latest gen model with fancy colour screen.

$ 600

Apexi Power intake R33/R34 GTR

Excellent condition, used for maybe 500k's. Filters look like new.

$200

K&N R33/R34 GTR pod filters

Filters are brand new, never been installed.

$200

HKS RB cam gears

Intake and Exhuast, Intake is near new, the exhaust side has a little wear.

$200

Tomei RB oil cap

Silver, near new.

$50

Stock R34 GTR turbos

Done 65k, great condition. Came off my car when it was stock apart from the boost restricter being removed.

$500

Complete stock R34 GTR exhaust

Dump, front pipes, cat, mid section then muffler. Came with my car and removed at 60,000. Great for compliance!

$400 for the complete system.

Pics will be coming very soon.. as soon as i can get them under 2mb :-)

Message me for any questions.

Chris

hey mate, are you willing to seperate the dumps from the rest of the exhaust system? and how much if your happy to?

thanks :)

I can vouch for the ganador exhuast. Awesome bit of gear! When below 4000 rpm not much louder than stock, no droning and when you put your foot down it just screams like a ferrari! Very unique sound for an RB

    • Yeah, so widen your search to any Nissan speedo first, then go wider if needed. I will say though, that there is a better than even chance that what I said first will likely come into play. They quite possibly won't come apart without damage. I tried to disassemble a stepper gauge that I wanted to repair. There was no way that needle was coming off the spindle, and I could not see how the spindle would come out of the mechanism behind. Assembled once, never to be disassembled, was my conclusion. Could be the same on the R34 cluster. Failing that - take the cluster to a workshop that specialises in automotive instrument work. There's usually at least one in every Australian city. They'll either be able to do it for you for small cost, or tell you it can't be done. It might be that "it can't be done" unless you follow some arcane procedure, including trickiness to glue it back together or something, that only experienced techs know.
    • Well, given that I, an engineer, almost never bring out the torque wrench to tighten up chassis bolts, despite fully knowing the theory, and instead rely on feel, which I happen to know is exactly how the majority of mechanics do things, should tell you the level of actual peril that exists from not achieving exactly 88 Nm of torque. How about if I just say then that 88Nm is at the lower end of the correct wheel nut torque range? Everyone knows how to tighten a wheel nut, right? And almost no-one ever brings out the torque wrench for that task
    • Don't be ridiculous. "2-3 ugga duggas or one Oof. You have to use Oof on tie rods because you can't get an ugga dugga on there." Is not helping the guy at all.
    • I have done a lot of research before posting here and on gtruk forum. couldn't find anything. I have my gauges all part except the needle itself. the needle has a extremely small hole in the center, but the shaft going to the needle is extremely small and appears to have nothing to index it either. doesn't seem strong enough to simple pry or pull without damaging something. Already tried the old spoon trick on a extra triple meter I have from a gtt, but no luck. the center cap comes off easily but the hole in the meter face plate aren't big enough to get over the needle itself. figured this would be my best place to find someone who might have actually removed theirs. wonder if there is some type of small pin press tool to push the pin in while pulling the needle base off.
    • Ok...its taking me long enough to finally do this.  Feck financial security...heart disease will get me soon enough anyway So welcome to the garage..."Clem" Belsil80 has been running a 370Z in Super TT series. So after entering with him in last years Winton 300 i figured I  need my own car. Seems SAU Vic race cars need to be yellow....{tick} Reckon with enough motor i will be able to make up for the lack of talent and stay ahead of the 370Z... but the LS powered S13 and E36s are a ways up the road Aim is to have a car that doesnt stop or turn but has a bit of shed built motor with jam...maybe some cream  First step is getting this ex drift car log booked I am keeping faithful silver car. As the road-club car gets upgrades the race car wil get the sloppy seconds
