Guy at Just Jap told me a couple months back that Turbolight is out of production and they're awaiting a new product line. I haven't researched it at all so can't confirm if its true, but I haven't seen any Turbolight in stores for ages

The Motul web site still shows 4100 Turbolight 10W40 as still being available however most retailers are out of stock of this product.

Just Jap have recently received supplies of the replacement oil Motul H-Tech 100 Plus 10W40 (I purchased some last week) so I would suggest that the other retailers will also receive stock of this in the near future. This oil is that new that it is not even listed on the Motul site.

the motul distributor has changed recently and the new company simply wasnt prepared for how much stock needs to be ready to send around to the different outlets, repco doesnt stock it anymore, autobarn is the place to go but they are having supply issues from the distributor...

I would start with a full synthetic not a semi at least (due the money you're willing to already spend on Motul)...

And also note not all synthetics perform better than semi-synthetics
