M35 Screen Sometimes Not Working!

Hi everyone,

it appears i have an intermitant problem with the screen in my m35. sometimes it wont come on, even if i put the screen down and back up again.... but then in the middle of a drive it will just randomly turn on at any stage.

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problems and know of the cause.

i do want to get the english conversion done on it, but it a waste of time unless i can fix this problem.

Hmm, the C34's had a very similar issue with the Xanavi display. The only way to fix that I know of was to replace the unit. Perhaps check the Yahoo auctions for the price of a second-hand display? ie. something like this maybe? (see here for translation).
