Hey guys,

I've tried searching on this but all I can find are copy pastes from Wikipedia. Has anyone actually weighed their BNR34 before? I've found varying information online. Wikipedia says 1540/1560KG curb weight for GTR/Vspec respectively, however FastestLaps says 1666KG curb weight.

Just interested to see if anyone has actually weighed theirs, and what it comes out to. As this is curb weight it obviously includes a full tank of fuel / oils etc. Everything except the driver.

If this information is somewhere that I've missed, and I just really really really suck at searching please point me in the right direction and lock this thread!

Where does this 'drastic' weight gain come from? Brakes are typically supposed to save weight... bigger turbos and more fuel pumps would add a bit etc. but I wouldn't have thought this much? or is the factory specified 1540/1560 under-estimating it, like their factory '205KW'

Both of the cars i have in mind have sequential boxes... they add a fair bit of weight... add exhausts, turbos, pumps, bigger coolers... all adds up

My 33 GTR came in at 1600kg on WSID weight. This with about half a tank of fuel.

A friends 32 GTR came in at around 1480kg

I would have a standardish 34 would be around 1650ish

What Sean said is correct.

My VS2 weighed about the same.

Even the N1 is a heavyweight compared to DOOF's Lotus.

Weighed at EC and then subtracted fuel. No driver. No spare wheel n sh!t

...but would be less with 9.5" LMGT4s instead of 10.5"
