Thinking of changing the turbos in my r32 gtr. Whats the best twin turbo kit for a r32 gtr???

Depends on power level you are looking for, other mods you want to do with it, built or standard engine, etc. Maybe try looking at the rb26 turbo upgrade and dyno results forum

What's the best rope to tie up a backpacker?

That depends. Is your backpacker knocked unconscious, or kicking and struggling? What weight is your backpacker? Do you need to travel a long way to dump them off, or a relatively short distance? Do they have a skin condition, and need a softer rope, not a harsh scratchy rope?

All valid questions when trying to choose a object for a job.
