MY Battery went flat :(

Hey,

Last night when i was installing my ebc, i had the 2 inside lights on and i forgot to turn them off So this morning i woke up to my car alarm system going off, i ran to the car and try to unlock the door but it wasnt working, then i saw that the blue which wasnt flashing, so i unlock the door using the key and try to start the car nothing turn on no light nothing then i saw the 2 lights switch on the inside on.... NO!!!!

Anyway im going to try and jump start the car 2night, but i really need my car 2morrow i have an exam, can anyone requirment a place to go to get a new battery and what type? In the magla area would be the best thanks

1 hint, dont jumpstart the car from the battery in the boot....

there is points there are marked out in the engine bay with the fuses and stuff

you shouldnt need a new battery. just jump start and drive it or let it run for 20-30 mins and it should be ok.

Nothing stopping you jumping from in the boot, just safer from under the hood.

You shouldnt need a new battery. Just be thankful it didnt happen somewhere that its harder to get it started from!, ie: the local post office!

yer i jump started mine from the boot as it was parked in front of parents car at the time

if you do need a new battery which i dont think ya will just yet Battery World is good

thanks guy, was going to jump start it but changed my mind and getting a new battery sent 2 me now as we speak

cuz 1, i need the car for 2morrow and if i couldnt jump start it 2night i would have been totaly **** for 2morrow morning

i have an exam; and the car could only be jump start later 2day like around 6:00

Ok mikey - you HAVE HAD ALLL DAY.....couldnt you have called the RAC or something - they have a proper battery starter. Jeez - I wouldnt have gone out and bought a new battery just for this!

Mikey your car has a diesel engine. you dont need a battery once its going. so roll start it
