Rb25 Turbo On Rb20 Boost Problem

hey all, i put on my rb25 turbo today, replaced the gaskets for the exhaust manifold and dump, ran the car without my turbosmart manual controller.

It ran stabily at 5psi then used the controller and turned it a few clicks boost wouldnt increase, i think i got to around 17 clicks nothing happened i put the spring and ball into the controller and it just spikes to 15-16 psi til i let off so it wouldnt increase.

Not sure whats the problem is, I didnt swap actuators across as i had the mbc.

anyone have experience with the turbo change?

Sounds like the boost controller isn't hooked up right?

Just put the RB20 actuator on there. 10psi is the most you'd want to run through the turbo anyway.

yeah i might just swap the actuator over, im guessing that i might have used the wrong vacuum lines also.
