LOL.... dude, I don't buy fake shit. If you want them then take them, but don't question my integrity by asking for "proof" they are genuine. They are.

Rightio mate. Thanks for the speedy response.

Wasn't questioning your integrity. Just curious because I have a set with no markings which have a couple of bulbs out. If mine weren't nismo, as an answer to my question would have verified, I would have bought yours.

Cheers.

Also selling Alcon 6-pot front and 4-pot rear brake kit, used... off my old R34. Comes with rotors and caliper brackets, ferodo ds3000 pads if anyone is interested. I will get some pics and post a new thread for them.

I thought that was a fair question, if someone is going to buy something it pays for them to do their research. No need to get worked up about it…

Hey mates saw you had stated u had a set of alcon brakes for sale. could u let me know the specs , pics and any else i would usually ask for as well. what price were you looking at for them? also what area in Melb area you from?

What's it got to do with you? mind your own business champ. If someone did their research they would know these don't have nismo markings on them as they use the factory inner housings, especially someone who claims to already have a set.

I will take some pics when i have time and post up in a new for sale thread. The front rotors will definitely need a good machining as I was using aggressive pads on them and the car was occasionally street driven in addition to several track days, so there's some uneven wear/grooving on the rotors that should be cleaned up with machining which I might get done first before I put them up for sale.

No, it can be bolted on to any boot. At the moment the base plates that come with it are bolted on to an s15 boot lid. Can be removed if the buyer doesn't want the boot lid.

Some pics on the s15 here: http://s1116.photobucket.com/user/jdm7777/library/?sort=3&page=1

Series hybrid at low speeds, at higher speeds the engine directly drives the wheels but there can still be some power bled off to charge the battery + the electric motor can still provide parallel assistance too. It's really only a question of will at that point. Toyota's PHEVs are selling incredibly well at the moment because of the flexibility. You can run on EV mode when it makes sense, but if you're planning on doing a long highway drive you can still fire up the gas engine and not have to worry about dealing with the rather miserable state of public charging infrastructure.
    • Only reason to keep a MAF on your RB25 is to be able to easily calculate true VE if you know what the factory voltage curve represents in grams per second of flow. Also allows you to do things like pull the original OEM ignition + AFR target tables and use those as a starting point for your base map. Once you're well and truly done tuning though there's no need to retain the MAF.
