R34 Gtt Aircon Fan Don't Work Please Help Me ?

Hi all I have a R34 Gtt coupe and the ac fans not working so if I'm cruising with the aircon on ice cold btw and I come to a stop the air warms up until I start moving again. The fan still works if I run direct power to it all the fuses are good I've checked associated relays the gas is full I don't know what else to look for, anyone had this problem before or know how to fix it all help appreciated thanks everyone ?

IIRC the standard operation is only for the aux fan to kick on once a certain temperature is reached. However, that means it hardly ever operates and the aircon is not cold when the car's no moving fast enough. This mod adds a diode to the circuit so whenever the aircon, is on the aux fan is on.
