RHD or Nengun have this type of insert (below)

Made of MDF and the cup part is normally silver plastic ( I painted mine black)

You could also get as an OEM option the extended 2 cup holder for the centre lift up bit

There is also a posh looking tray set up available for the passenger side but IMHO it looks gaids (Aero make it)
