If the threads are correct then its better to get ones that are too long. They can always be cut down, and still leave plenty of adjustment thread. Some cheap ones are quite short, and so you end up with only a small length of thread holding the outer tie rod in. Obviously a dangerous situation if they strip out....

The part is correct. part no. TE926-14 they fit fine. But having trouble getting grease in ,ive got 1-3 pumps of grease but cant get any more in and the boots havnt expended.

I was going to take it for a alignment and get them to sort it out but then...my battery died. so will have to wait until tomorrow

Yeah I've taken them off and tried with the ball/pin to every side and got about 1 pump worth then nothing. Weird I say.

Not sure how true it is but there is apparently a little bit of assembly grease to stop rusting in them and can go a little hard and needs some heat from driving to free them up. Thoughts?

Would there be any danger driving to mechanic/wheel aligner with what ever grease I did get in them
