Im not sure yet. Moulding them is easy but its the triming that takes ages. Its hard to.trim them to get a perfect fit. If you are willing to trim/cut them out and paint yourself I will mould heaps and sell them for say $40 each plus postage.

And if that's the case and I make a lot more, I will need some time because I would want to make a new mould from steel.

I plan on mounting the gauges with there U clamp and then using a piece of thin steel flat bar bolted to the clamps and bent into position. I will take heaps of pics when i install mine.

Here is the first one finished and fitted. It turned out ok but not entirly happy with the position. They need to be lower and the curve isnt perfect. but i think its ok given its a home job and first attempt at plastic moulding.

I will make another mould from steel in a few weeks, and get it perfect.

Looks good. Agreed ideally you would have them sit more vertical. I am very interested in the final product once you get it right. And as Dale said i m ok with doing the trim work and painting.
