What does it matter? As if you're going to take what someone says on here is a "safe" boost level, adjust the boost up to that level and just drive away, believing that the injectors are not maxxed out and the mixtures are fine.

For a start, you do not fit any sort of "upgrade" turbo to an R33 RB25 without looking into the engine managemane problem. The problem? That the original engine management sucks balls. You simply must install some sort of aftermarket computer in order to be able to fix that. Otherwise you install your 2510 and then you make sure you do not boost it (assuming it has a decently high wastegate actuator installed on it). And you drive it around with a thumbtack in your right sock to remind you not to boost it.

If you wind the boost up to anything over about 10 psi (plus or minus the various uncertainty factors) the car will start misbehaving and go into R&R. And the injectors will be maxxed out because the mixture settings in the stock fuel tables are well over 100% duty cycle up in R&R territory. This won't matter, because it will drive like a piece of shit and you'll be on here asking why it's farting and spitting and blowing black smoke.

i do have an aftermarket ecu, i have a tuned greddy e- manage i am aware that the stock r33 ECU are very sensitive, if it only makes 10 to 15kw thats still better than the stock turbo and i wont have to worry about bout my stock turbo shitting itself, i did get that turbo for a cheap price.

Just sell it for a profit and buy something that better matches the rb25 then. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/437073-hks-gt2835-kai-kit-for-ecr33/

Sell it and get a 2530 at least or a hypergear high flow, will make 230-240kw with stock response and save money as you'll just end up doing that eventually anyway, no point getting two tunes when you could just get one and get the power you want straight up

Johnny's right ^^^

Ive still got my 2535. There worthless nowadays. I can barely give it away. My b rother took my spare and the one on the r33 will probably sit in the shed when I upgrade the whole hot side.

SELL 2510 BUY HYPERGEAR = WIN

yeah, you guys sound right, im selling it, ill just get a highflow.

put it on eBay and use key words like BOLT ON, RB20DET, HKS etc.. someone (hopefully not from this forum) will buy it :)

then get your stocker high flowed by Hypergear and fry tyres

I've been in a 2510 powered R33, made a little bit more than stock but really wouldn't hold over 1bar-1.1bar to redline. Unless its cheap/free or already came on the car i wouldn't bother.
