R34 Wiring Issue Manual Gearbox Loom

Im just 1 or 2 wires away from getting this to work so any help is much appreciated.

I have:

Manual R34

It uses an r34 Auto Engine Loom

I have both an R34 Manual Gearbox loom & Auto Transmission loom

Option 1) The auto transmission loom bolts perfect to the engine loom, but Im unsure what to snip to connect it to the R34 Gearbox. Eg, what wires go where.

Option 2) The manual gearbox loom bolts perfect to the gearbox but im unsure how to connect it to the engine loom.

Which way is easiest and how do I finish it off?

(Ps car has always been manual it just the engine was replaced with a new one and the old loom was in need of repair.)
