89 R31 Rb30 Silhouette Won't Rev Above 1750Rpm At Idle Or Loaded

It's an 89 silhouette auto,she'll start but as soon as you get to around 1700rpm it starts acting like its not getting enough fuel. been at a mechanic for a month before christmas. Had a new timing belt, crank angle sensor, fresh wiring to dizzy and air flow sensor. Can only assume they've checked air flow sensor works. Just done fuel filter and have a new pump on order. anyone have any ideas or had this problem before?

Coilpacks? Vacuum leak? Is it turbo?

Try another AFM. Also check the wiring/plug.

Could be CAS (dizzy) + the wiring/plug but they would rev.

Usually, if it can't rev past 2,000rpm = AFM.
