Vacuum Line Query

hey people, just been overlooking the stagea and getting to know where vac lines go etc.... and i noticed this line that has been capped with a little bolt. I have the lines for the boost tee (dodgy crap thing car came with) and noticed this one comes up to the same area... just wondering if anyone knows if it is meant to connect to anything or is it something that could possibly have had an aftermarket bov connected at or something?

i picked the car up last month and love stageas, but the guy told me he had the car fully serviced and when i checked the sparks that have been put in (gave me the boxes with the old sparks in them) neither of them were the right ones for a stagea.... not any of the ones people are recommending or anything so i just looking over to see anything thats been touched.

the capped off hose is so that the manual boost controller can be fitted.. the manual controler sits inline to the wastegate.

The correct plugs are PFR5G-11S (platinum) -assuming the engine is pretty stock.

The copper version would be BCPR5-

but there are probably some variations which would work ok.
