Hey,

Did a quick search put couldn't find anything...

Im about to buy a new clutch for my R32 GTS4 with RB25DET and GTR Gearbox..

Will a clutch for a RWD RB25DET fit? some clutches for sale say rwd only..

Or do I get a RB26 Clutch? but then isn't the flywheel bigger on a rb26?

Just want to be sure before I purchase the wrong one!

Thanks.

There are push clutches and pull clutches. All the RWD gearboxes up until the R34 RB25DET Neo were push type. The Neo went to pull type.

The majority of the 4WD gearboxes use a pull type clutch. I'm no expert (in that I don't recall the exact details) but there were some early R32 GTR boxes that were push type (I think). By the way, you could search in here and find out for yourself - it has been discussed many times.

R32 GTS4 gearbox is the same gearbox as GTR, so should have the same clutch type as GTR. But given the possibility of both sorts in R32s, that doesn't tell you anything. Get under your car, take a photo of the clutch slave cylinder and post it up, so we can tell you what sort you have.

All RB flywheels are effectively interchangeable, so there will always be a way for yo to get any given clutch onto any given engine (without considering the gearbox that is).
