Hi guys,1st up great page you got going here so i thought id join up!Now onto bussness,im in the process of building a 500hp CAPABLE rb25det,i have a freshly stripped rb25det s2 block (crank,cradlle and bores all in mint condistion) and have a rb25de head (is vct) now 1st up

1)can any1 tell me the differents between the rb25det head and rb25de head?they are both vct

2)i have the tomei soild lifter coverion kit,do i need to block vct to run 270 tomei cams?

3)i have gtr conrods with arp rod bolts,acl race bearings. what pistions should i go for?(bore still stanard size)

thanks mate off to take it for a drive now as we have my car running again,not with the engine im building but its already got a rb25det s2 just standy apart from chipped ecu,3 inch exhaust,hks evc running 12pis,gtr pump,pod filter,fmic and front facing plenum,ecu is chipped for everything and is desined to max air flow meter out at 225Kw.ill place a video up
