I've come across an article which says an alcohol breathalyser can be actually used to detect a colorectal cancer. Aside from detecting alcohol in the body i never knew it has other function. its also good to have one especially for social drinkers and drives in the wee hours of the morning :)

Might be the same equipment with different chemical sensory pickups as to why a few dogs are used to detect some forms of cancer.

I've never known what types of cancers some dogs can detect however.

Maybe next time a beagle comes up to me at the airport, sits down and wags his tail > he/she is telling ME something - not the AFP :P
