R33 Gtr Intercooler Piping Replacement

Hi guys, I'm converting to a single gt3582r turbo on my r33 gtr. Obviously the stock intercooler pipe work from the turbos to the cooler will be made redundant once I convert so my idea is to make something out of aluminium bends, joiners ect. Does anyone know what size cooler piping I will need to buy or does anyone have any tips? Thanks guys

If you decided to do that make sure the bends have a lip or welds on the ends to stop the hose sliding off. No lip means it will slide off, no matter how good your clamp is.

I used 60mm aliminium for cooler pipes. I also made lobster back pipes. I could do all the design myself and had a mate weld it

Really? I thought the piping would have been a little larger than that.

How much power you going for? Most would go with 3inch on intake and turbo side even though 2.5 inch you would also get away with so its up to you.

I used 60mm with twin setup and 70mm on intake. Tried to keep close as to stock sizes as it fits in the engine bay with std air box. Aslo 60mm is a common size for tubular aliminium

Aiming for around 380rwkw or so. I was originally thinking 3 inch but thought it too big for the stock cooler.
