Lol found this on a website. Some guy stole the wheels of 3 cop cars and left them on Bricks. lol Thought it was funny. Found them at www.wreckedexotics.com which have all mad cars that have been smashed (ferrari's, porches and yes... skylines).

That pic with the cop cars looks like its taken at some garage where the cop cars are either getting new tyres put on or brakes. Highly unlikely someone stole all those wheels.
