Thanks Tin, BTW the intercooler made a huge difference. I'm very happy with it, cheers. Got the pipe work polished too.... came up a treat.

My next door neighbour has a buffing machine/wheel and helped me out there, he let me do the plenum myself, the hard part was actually getting it smooth before I started polishing. I think I spent about 2-3days just sanding it until it was smooth, but it was worth it. Did you need some stuff done? Let me know if you do, and I'll see if I can help.

I am also wanting to polish my S15's plenum, throttle body and also the rocker cover .... any ideas what price and time frame it would take?

TIME is your biggest problem Andrew, there are three types of work, GOOD, QUICK and CHEAP but the problem is you can only ever have TWO out of the three.

I'm happy to help out with the polishing if you sand it down yerself. But if you help sell my car for me then I'll definitely do the lot for ya, how's that for incentive!
