Jdwagner888
My Nismo R32 speedometer seems to be about 10KM to slow. Is there a way to adjust this or does it require replacement? I just replaced the speedometer cable. Thanks Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/438755-speedometer-lagging/ Share on other sites
Sinista32
How are you measuring the speed / what makes you believe it is low Did you use the correct OEM cable when replacing What size rims are you running Did anyone move the speed needle by hand when it was out / previous owner ? Is it the correct model dash for your GTR (Blue or Brown film on the back) Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/438755-speedometer-lagging/#findComment-7191333 Share on other sites
Jdwagner888
Used gps and another car next to me to find out my actual speed. The speedometer cable is oem from nissan. Cluster is black and i dont know if anyone messed with the needle. niZmO_Man
Pull the cluster out, pull the plastic over off, refit cluster and carefully turn the needle and test drive. Don't rotate with it moving obviously. Be careful as you may damage the needle. What tyre size are you running?
