Hello im currently servicing my r33 due to knowing previous owner using no coolant and using purely water. Noticed all piping and thermostat housing all corroded. Anyone have info or a tutorial on removing the housing. Have removed radiator and hoses, all cooling pipes. Unclipped sensors.

Would I need to remove plenum cover to access the part or would it be easy to access it via the three bolts underneath housing.

my first time so yeah.... all comments appreciated

thankyou

Bolts under plenum are pretty difficult to get to. Use a universal joint socket with wrench extension bar and you should be able to get to it.

Took me a while but i got the housing off once i learnt the trick.
