As asked above, what is the damage involved? I am considering buying a car to bash around a track but I don't want one that will fall to bits around me.

Fonz, I understand the car can never be complied and there fore registered, but do you know what else the car can be used for? In particular I guess that there are no restrictions using it for motorsport as rego is not required? or does a car that does not pass SEVS have to be wrecked?

can you pls confirm? you might have had the sale at your old price

  Is it running the standard ECU? some sort of data log might help understand where timing, AFRs etc are at. If it is standard ECU something like Nissan Datascan would help

  I'd always suggest a tailshaft loop with a 1 piece tailshaft, just something simple from the original centre bearing mounts going underneath it
