Is jap wiring backwards to Australia wiring positive and negative switched as I have head light problem and replace the hid headlight with a Australia setup but it's hooked on to a piaa relay twice low beam lh gone

I think he means he tried to replace the australian version of the Hid kit which blew the relay.. i think.
