Just a question! someone may know

A friend of mine was pulled over and told they were driving on a suspended licence due to demerit points, anyway a few months back someone else had been driving their car for a few months and got two speeding fines, which came in my friends name, instead of nominating the other driver as the person my friend left it, and on top of his own demerit loses he has now lost his licence due to them, is there anything he can do, or has it been left to late!

Yes i agree you should have nominated the driver right away. You could contact the police and talk to them about it but i dont think you will get your licence back.

he must have received a letter when his license was suspended which would detail why....

i took sum1 elses point cos i drove on the same road when my gf got flashed

i left it for 1/2 a yr and tried to get it taken back but they wouldnt let me.

They also said since i was a guy i have no chance to change anything anyway..
