Im no compliance officer but as long as it doesnt sit lower than 100mm and not over 95db at ??? Revs from ??? Metres should be fine however any cop can defect you even with engineer certificate. This is simple modding 101. How knew to this are you?

No way would they be legal (90db) or pass emissions noise testing. Essentially they are a straight through TI pipe with a cannon on the end. there is barely any packing inside the cannon.
