V36 Amp Problem - Static Through Speakera

Hi guys,

I have a problem when starting my car i get a loud screaching noise through my rear speakers for approx 5mins. Ive been told its the amp, is there anywhere to buy a new amp thats just plug and play instead of any re wiring?

Aside from finding a second hand amp from another V36 or buying new from a dealer, there is nothing aftermarket that I have seen which is a direct replacement.
