Ecumaster Emu Series, Heard Of Them?

Hey guys,

So the time has come for me to start looking at ecu alternatives, as the faithful PFC has pretty much reached the end of the line for me.

These are currently going for around $1200 AU. The feature list seems pretty damn impressive to me for the price, even when stacked up against the Vipec. First hand opinions from people running them in other vehicles seems to be quite good, and the support/software sounds to be pretty good also. Obvious cons are having to wire it in, and be a guinea pig for my tuner, but neither of things really bother me to be honest.

So has anyone used one of these yet?

Seems ok, but my advice is don't be the guinnea pig. I would go with something proven that wont annoy your tuner.

Ecumaster is popular as hell in western Europe, friend of mine had a Ecumaster digital ecu tuner 3 and loved it on his sr20. They are great value for money.
