Melbr33
So i got done by the cops for my car not being legal height, supposedly its 10mm short of 100mm. bit strange when i had the road worthy done a year ago and had my cars height raised to legal height by the mechanics, but of course the cops didnt care what i had to say so just wondering if anyone in melbourne (3195) would adjust my coil overs 10mm? w Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/440046-price-for-someone-to-adjust-my-coil-overs-to-legal-height/ Share on other sites
lego
If they were new when you put them in, they will settle and sit lower after a while. All suspension systems will 'sag' with time. Pretty much any tyre joint should be able to lift it a bit if they are adjustable... either that or get some stock gear and bolt that in to clear the defect... Leroy Peterson
what brand coilovers? if sitting 1 year without adjustment, can be tough to move the collars without the provided tool (but can be done withoiut, just makes a mess of them) Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/440046-price-for-someone-to-adjust-my-coil-overs-to-legal-height/#findComment-7216857 Share on other sites

Jack-
I can adjust it for you, as everyone has said above C spanner and WD40. I'm on the other side of the city though. kaitoukid
Even if you don't have the C spanner... Flathead or anything, really, that can you can place against the collar teeth; and a hammer can work, ghetto styles. Srs.
