Ok. I finished up tracing all the wires today took a lot of time. I almost pulled out all my hair from frustration.

But I finally got it all sorted out, and was it worth it. The car runs great. I really love it. It was worth all the pain.

A rd28 swap to a rb20e was a full success. The only reason I did it was because I gad all the parts and all whole cars to make it work.

I would like to say thank you to everyone that helped me or even tried.

If i can help anyone with a rd28 swap to a rb20e please feel free to PM me and I would do my best to help.
