R32 Gtst Brake Upgrade Advise.

Hey guys, just needed some advice for my r32gtst.

Ive recently got some r34 gtr brembos for the front and know that the front needs to be drilled out. i wanted to also do something on the rear as i was upgrading a fair bit for the front and i came accross the hfm 337mm rear rotor upgrade kit https://holfordmotors.com/store/HFM-3376418. Just wanted to know if this was a good combo for the car and if i needed to change the master cylinder or booster at all?

My car currently has r33 gtst front brakes with trw lucas pads all round, high temp fluid and it does feel good, but im looking at doing afew track days soon.

You don't need to drill anything. Put helicoils in the caliper, much easier and not destructive. Note the bolts will be different (1.5mm pitch on the Brembo calipers, 1.25mm pitch on the Sumitomo calipers).

the R33 brakes should be fine though, the GTS-t is lighter than the GT-R. You'll probably get better performance from higher temp pads and ducting. The Brembos do look better though.

Can't comment on the combo, but I think the bias will be off slightly (bigger calipers up front). In saying that, it should work fine (I did a track day with 34 front Brembo and standard 32 rears).

Thanks for the info man. Ill probably go ahead with it all. Did u need to change ur master all?

My master is crapped out and I have a spongy pedal. I have a BM57 ready to go in when I'm not lazy, so I can't really answer your question (different scenario for me).

But, I have read that people have put the Brembo on the front and said the pedal was fine.
