It pains me to share this but..... up for sale is my pride and joy and what I believe is one of the most beautifully engineered cars in history.
1993 Nissan Skyline GTR
91000km

I unfortunately have decided to sell one of my dream cars due to the fact that it doesn't get the respect it deserves, by remaining in my garage 95% of the year. I have travelled only 11,000kms in 3+ years.
This car is fastidiously maintained by time (not kilometres) by one of Adelaide's known GTR experts and the only person that I would trust to maintain my car. As I said, this car is serviced every 3 months regardless of how many kilometres I have done.
This car has had some very serious but sensible modifications to the engine and drivetrain and has resulted in 320+ KW at all 4 wheels, at a comfortable 20psi (This car has been tested at a maximum of 26psi, producing over 335KW at all 4 wheels). All power modifications are matched by modifications that can comfortably handle a lot more power than the current tune.

In short:
R33 GTR Motor (no dramas with oil pump challenges renowned in R32 GTR motors)
HKS Pods
HKS Cams (mild)
R34 GTR N1 Turbos
Splitfire Coils
OS Giken twin plate clutch
VeilSide 3" Exhaust
R34 GTR Brembo slotted disc brakes (front) - tremendous stopping power
18"x10.5"Rays "Volk" GTC rims
Blitz Boost Controller
Apexi Power FC (fully programmable ECU)
Custom Black and White Interior
I also have just recently installed new strut tops, bushes and a battery.
I have a lot of spares including the original steering wheel

Please give me a call or message on 0433774883 (or email [email protected] or message me via SAU) if you can give this machine a good home and the respect it deserves, by sharing the experience more often.

Asking $21,750 ono
Absolutely no joy riders. Serious buyers only. Price is negotiable for the right buyer.

does the car come with mats ?
were the seats only retrimmed or was the foam replaced as well ?
do you have all the paperwork/receipts for the work done on the car, in particular the engine transplant ?

overall a very clean looking exterior, the interior colour scheme is very "unique"

Hi all,

Have had a question regarding potential swaps... If you have a 07 onwards Yamaha V-Star 650 classic in good nic, I may be interested in swaps plus cash. No cars though legends, as I don't drive the car enough to warrant a replacement ?

Cheers

Bump,

Car is 100% reliable and not tuned for maximum performance. Could be used as a daily driver with 100% confidence.

As the price sates, this is negotiable but not if you suggest some ridiculous number. Otherwise it will be a straight "NO"

Cheers

    • Hi...a little refresh. Is Nistune gonna be enough to run BoV? Or do i need some proper ECU?
    • Yep that's pretty much what I want to see. Racecars that look and sound like the Group A but with newer tech underneath to make them faster and safer. I'm sure there's enough VK-to-VN commodore, E30 BMWs and Foxbody mustangs shells around to make up a decent number of cars with hopefully a couple of sierras, rx7 and R31s in there too.
    • Contact Jessestreeter.com/Skevas Racing/JustJap for a new r34 rb gearbox or go a cd00# conversion. No point playing with unknown condition gearboxes.
    • Such a shame places like Amaroo Park have been redeveloped, smaller tracks always make for good racing. Cheers for sharing @PranK there's some good Lakeside video's too. Its so hard with older the cars as parts are so rare and everything was made for a particular chassis at that point in time. Even the V8 Supercar Blueprint era cars are all different between each chassis within a team as they learnt things and made improvements. The COTF cars between each Chassis builder is different too especially motor/oil systems/intakes. The Group A stuff is worth so much too especially chassis with good history. The only way to do it would be composite panels and similar engine drivelines to the original cars. Ford sierra running Focus RS driveline, Commodore running a short stroke LS/LT or a Falcon with coyote and a H Pattern dog box. Could use a standard ecu across all models with a Torque Map and DBW for parity which is not even used in Supercars currently. Hell a TCM is almost a full chassis car these days and the suspension is not even close to standard style in the front running cars.
