I'm not sure on genuine part number, but I work at repco and there are definitely no listings for boot struts for any skyline. I've also wanted to change mine and would like to know another option but I've called a strut specialist near me. I asked about re-gassing them and he said with 32/33's you pretty much have to pull off the entire lever/bracket of the boot as its all connected but you would have to bring it to him as taking it off may cause issues with boot seals ect. I did ask him is there any way to remove the ball and socket joint at the bottom and he said no, don't bother trying you'll more than likely bend the strut.
