Quaife or Nismo front, same again in the rear and extra few friction plates in the transfer case, commonly known as "the transfer case mod".

Prob looking at $1800 ish to do the front, around the same for the rear and $600 for the transfer.

^parts prices only, right? The quaife front LSD goes for around $1850 without install or bearings or seals.

The setup Piggaz has suggested would give a great setup for OPs application though.

Was also thinking a billet centre plate in the gearbox is not a bad idea. This would prevent shock loading and shaft separation in the gearbox on hard launches at Collingrove. I see you're in Adelaide - feel free to contact us if you'd like any further info.

Centre plate is for the gearbox. No need to change the other gearbox internals if they're working and you're not making spastic power. If eother of those are not the case, then you have a bazillion different upgrade options out there, ranging from $100 for different oil to $20k for a special special box.

What's OPs application?

OP's purpose is "Hillclimbs mainly and the occasional time attack ", OP.

I'd also leave the box until you need to change it, and when you do get a dog box in there for the quicker shifts :)

Jimmy anyone can modify the transfer case, it involves adding the correct number of additional clutch plates to preload it. Award did mine.

N00b question , what is this center plate upgrade?

The stock centre plate of the RB25/6 gearbox can flex in high torque, high grip situations such as aggressive launches or high speed cornering. When it flexes the shafts (mainshaft and countershaft) come out of alignment and the gears destroy each other. The billet centre plate improves case rigidity. It's basically a full rebuild to install, so would be done with a bearing and seal refresh as a minimum, check synchros etc.
