Hey guys,

I am selling my set of Nismo R-Tune suspension. These are the next step up from the 'street' S-tune suspension so the dampening is more adjustable, the spring rates are a little firmer and the spring seats are adjustable.

Because these have adjustable spring seats (ride height adjustability) they are technically considered a coilover and not just a replacement shock and spring so some police officers may not approve of street use.

They have done approx 20K's, have minor cosmetic scratches but are overall in good and certainly usable condition. The lower red springs are starting to lose a bit of the powder coat on the underside faces where they touch surfaces but does not effect operation.

These suspension sets are no longer being made by Nismo, they were more expensive than the S-tune and the S-tune retails at over $2,200 +freight so these were worth more then that.

I am Chasing 1k Firm for them, they are located in SE suburbs of melbourne and are ready to go, can organise freight australia wide for a great price at buyers expense.

      Last year I got a set of MCA street coilovers for my turbo Forester after my son hitting a concrete gutter/wall on a small bridge causing the whole drivers side suspension to get bent because the rain just made the car slide out I love them, I think they were $2400. even had a hiccup of have the wrong hub configuration (my fault) so got onto MCA and they sent the correct shock ends overnight parts from QLD, for free!  I was very impressed with their customer service and quality of the product

      They've had some weird failures on their brake actuators. One of them was because they added some kind of lubricant to the factory fill brake fluid that aftermarket brake fluid didn't have so it would affect the seals. Another was just mysterious, probably internal corrosion or something eating away at Prius brake actuators. Parts alone for those are a few thousand USD so not a cheap fix.

      KYBs are typically twin tube, putting them in the lower tier of desireability. Do you just want to replace worn out ones for the lowest cost? I mean, you wouldn't just replace one end of a car, if the rears are a similar age to the fronts, then they are probably nowhere near what they should be, and likely won't be great against brand new fronts. So, to spend ~$800 on 2nd tier dampers, when you could get a decent set of MCA coilovers for <$4k.....? As to the strut tops. 1st up, the Sparesbox site specifically tells you that they are not correct for an R33. Beyond that, why do you think you need them?
