budget is around 2.5k for a full turbo ecu and inj kit or around $1500 for just the turbo kit

I can help with new injectors... PM me what size you would like a price on. Second hand injectors have proven pointless on many occasions, especially as you need to flow test and replace Orings on them before fitting.

As for 300kw, it is easily attainable with the stock manifold, as I have proven many times. Why not just buy a GTX3071, get it externally gated off the housing, and bolt it on? If it's a budget option you need, Hypergear could supply you something cheaper...
