On my r32 gtr I Currently have kumho ku36 tyres in 265/35/18 all around on my work xd9's in 18 x10 +18 offset

I've come across some kankook RS3 tyres for cheap in 275/35/18

How much wider will they be to the 265? 10mm or more or less? I don't want to go too much bigger as I don't want to roll my guards, but the price is pretty good...

KU36 and RS3 appear to be about the same shape. Workmate parks his EVO next to my car. We both have the same wheels and 235/45-17s. His RS3, mine used to be KU36. Looked quite similar.

Therefore I would suggest that the 275s would be very close to the nominal 10mm wider.

Have a look through here, they have all the dimensions for most tyres

I have Z222 RS3s in 275/35/19 on 19x9.5 rims stacked up next to Z221s in 265/35/18 and believe it or not the 265s are higher so wider and their from the same maker

Not sure on camber specs I leave that to east coast suspension, never asked abouts specs

Non rolled guards, but wheel to guard clearance is about 30mm so it's not very low,

Though even when I go drags I never have problems with the wheels scrubbing during launch

Decided to stick with 265

Different manufacturers will make the same 'rated' tyre slightly differently for whatever reasons.

I know that this is prolific in R-compound tyres because by making a tyre that's used in a particular race series which mandates a size... say a 265/35/18 tyre... if the manufacturer stamps the tyre as a 265 but actually makes it 270/275/whatever wide wide then they have quickly gained an (unfair) advantage.
