I think they are different, according to this post by simon they are anyway.

EDIT: just checked and RB20DE/DET bore and stroke are the same, and i believe all RB headgaskets are 1.3mm, so that really only leaves the pistons to be different. Check on JE/CP etc website and have a look. I CBF doing that for you :P

Im of the same opinion as GTSBOY that the na and turbo pistons are different. Na pistons different to gain a higher compression ratio. What do you plan on doing? Can always run a thicker head gasket to get the same compression. Although not ideal.
