take all the plugs back out again, and check them.

was the white part of the plug cracked? did you remove the old plug properly, sometimes if you have the socket on a bit of a angle it will crack the plug and bits will go inside the cyl then can get stuck in the valves and cause all sorts of issues.

always use BCPR7ES plugs gapped to .6 (if you got coil issues)

Yes the white part of the plug had snapped. I just replaced them all. I looked around but no one sold bcfr7es.. Only online but it would have taken too long to get to my house so I thought I'd go with the 6 rating plug instead.

to confirm if its head related your ment to put a tiny bit of oil in the spark plug hole before comp test, this will seal whats ment to be sealed and comp result will go up confirming issue with the head.

when i broke my 20 ( air leak past afm + over heating+ on limiter ) it was a much more louder and metallic sound

Go to Repco, they carry those plugs in 0.8mm gap, run them on my RB20
