My Diff - Possibly On Its Way Out

Any tips on removing the diff? I would rather try remove it without dropping the subframe if possible

Looks like the hicas pumps sits above it, might have afew screws under there that needs to be undone

Also how do you guys go about removing the tail shaft from the diff, abit worried of stripping the Allen key heads ?

Get the right Allen key and you won't strip them, their genuine Nissan which good quality, just make sure the Allen key is all the way in before trying to undo them

I have changed the diff in my 32 without dropping the subframe, so it can be done, just can remember what was involved as far as the pump was concerned, I think it was pretty straight forward, undo shafts then back bolts then front bolts and lower it out front first
