Japan Trip.

Planning on going to japan at the end of october begining of november. A few questions, can you drive on an aust license if you get a rental? Do they have circuit drive days at Fuji or Suzuka (hire a sports car etc)? Is there a recommended "must see" list of car stuff(museums, workshops and auto shop)?

Get an International drivers permit from the NRMA (cost me about $25 5 years ago).

Toyota museum in Aichi is the best public car museum in Japan as far as I know.

Nismo factory near Yokohama.

Any Autobacs is worth a look.

Toyota museum in Odaiba is worth looking at if you are nearby (only about 20 cars though).

There is a Mitsubishi museum also in Aichi which I haven't been to but I hear is quite decent.
